Housing, lens, LED board, connector and packaging — we develop new references for distributors and truck brands, from a 3D file to a sealed container. Mould, injection, SMT and testing all run under our own roof in Fuzhou.
Most projects do not need a brand-new lamp. Pick the layer you need — housing and optics, electronics, fitment, or just branding. Each layer has its own cost and lead time, and we tell you which one is driving the quote.

Mould built in-house, T1 parts shot and assembled. Photos and test data sent before the sample ships.
Photometric, IP68, salt spray, vibration and thermal cycling on the new part. You approve the sample or we revise the mould.
100–300 pcs pilot run, then series production with 100% power-on and waterproof check before packing.
A custom lamp fails on hand-offs: the mould shop blames the assembler, the assembler blames the board. Here the mould, the injection machine, the SMT line and the test lab are in the same building, on the same schedule.
Custom parts get the same test card as our catalogue SKUs — plus a first-article report on the first shot of every new mould.
Three ways to start. Most distributors begin at trial level, then move to series once the reference sells.
Tell us the truck model and the layer you want to change. If it already exists in catalogue, we say so and quote cheaper; if it needs a mould, you get tooling cost and days on the same sheet.
The truck model and OE number, two or three photos of the original part, and the function you want (front position, tail, side marker, work light). A STEP or IGES file shortens tooling review; if you only have a physical sample, courier it and we will scan it.
Yes — that is the point of the mould shop. We check the existing 1,000+ housings first, then design a new housing and bracket to your fitment. Typical first sample in 25–30 days after drawing approval.
It depends on cavity count, steel grade and whether the lens needs optics. We quote tooling as a one-off line, separate from unit price, and it can be refundable against volume in some cases — ask for the terms in writing before you pay.
500 pcs minimum, including trial orders on an existing housing with your logo or packaging. New tooling starts at 500–1,000 pcs depending on the part. Mixed references can share one carton on trial orders.
Yes. Laser etching or a moulded mark on the lens or housing, plus a printed retail box with your barcode, manual and language version. We do not print our own brand on your goods unless you ask for it.
NDA on request before drawings are shared. Exclusivity is negotiable for container-level private label in a defined market; it is written into the agreement, not promised verbally.
