DAF XF / CF / LF Truck Right LED Rear Lamp — OE 2007612

For the right hand rear corner of the DAF XF, CF and LF Euro 6 cab, this is the full LED combination lamp that DAF started fitting in 2013. Every rear function lives in the one sealed housing: brake, tail, dynamic sweeping indicator, reverse, rear fog and side marker. There are no serviceable bulbs, and it plugs in through the 8 pin lateral connector.

Which rear corner does the lamp suit?

The right hand rear corner. OE 2007612 covers it; 1981862 is the left hand unit and is listed separately.

Are there bulbs inside?

None. It is a sealed LED lamp on the vehicle's 24 V supply and no separate driver has to be mounted.

What does the lamp cover?

Sweeping indicator, brake and tail, reverse, rear fog and side marker.

How does it mount and connect?

Bolt centres sit 152 mm apart, and the lamp plugs in through the eight pin lateral connector.

Will it drop straight in?

It will, replacing the original Euro 6 lamp on the XF, CF and LF cab with no modification.

This is a replacement lighting component. CE marking and ECE type approval are not the same thing, and both are relevant to a tail light. CE marking covers the European product requirements; the E-mark is the vehicle lighting type approval. On models that hold an approval the E-mark is applied permanently to the housing together with the issuing country code, the applicable regulation and the approval number. Approval numbers can be verified against the published ECE regulation, and the paperwork is available on request. An approval belongs to the product and to the manufacturer who holds it, and cannot simply be added to a lamp.
