12V/24V Mini LED Clearance Light for Trailer Truck

This is the round eagle eye marker lamp used on truck and trailer sides as a marker, position or width lamp. The small domed lens sits in a polished bezel, and the lamp is supplied in red, amber, blue, green and clear so one housing covers several marking jobs. The sealed module runs on 12V or 24V and comes pre-wired with a flying lead.

This is a replacement lighting component. CE marking and ECE type approval are not the same thing, and both are relevant to a side marker light. CE marking covers the European product requirements; the E-mark is the vehicle lighting type approval. On models that hold an approval the E-mark is applied permanently to the housing together with the issuing country code, the applicable regulation and the approval number. Approval numbers can be verified against the published ECE regulation, and the paperwork is available on request. An approval belongs to the product and to the manufacturer who holds it, and cannot simply be added to a lamp.
