24V Left LED Short Tail Light 21735301 for Volvo FM/FH

1. Which side is this lamp for?

This listing is the left-hand lamp. The right-hand partner is listed separately under OE 21735299.

2. Which Volvo trucks does 21735301 fit?

It is the short rear combination lamp for the FM, FH, FMX and NH cab from 2012 onwards, and for FM chassis built from 2005 that use the later lamp.

3. How many light functions does it have?

Seven: tail, stop, indicator, reverse, rear fog and outline marker plus a built-in reflector, all in one housing.

4. Is it LED or bulb type?

The lamp is fully LED, so there are no bulbs to replace. It runs on the truck 24 V supply.

5. How does it connect?

A single 7-pin AMP 1.5 connector sits on the side of the housing and takes the original loom plug, so no rewiring is needed.

6. Will it fit my mounting studs?

The lamp uses the factory 160 mm bolt spacing. If your chassis has a different spacing, send us the measurement and we will check before you order.

7. How do I tell the left and right lamps apart?

They are handed parts, so the lens and the internal light guide are not interchangeable. Order by the number rather than by appearance.

8. How is it packed for export?

Ten pieces to a carton, with the lens protected so the lamp arrives without scuffing or cracks.

9. Can you supply both sides together?

Yes. Order both numbers and we will consolidate the left and right lamps into one consignment.

10. What if a lamp arrives damaged?

Send photographs of the carton and the lamp within seven days of delivery and we will settle it with a replacement or a credit.

11. Do you offer other rear lamps for the same cab?

Longer versions with the number plate light and other rear lamps for the FM and FH cab can be quoted alongside this one.

Certification you can verify

E-mark and CE mark are frequently confused on a tail light. The E-mark is ECE type approval for vehicle lighting: where a model is approved it is applied permanently to the housing together with the issuing country code, the regulation and the approval number, and we can supply the test documentation so the approval number can be verified against the published ECE regulation. CE marking, by contrast, covers the European product requirements. Neither can be applied to a lamp that does not hold the approval - it belongs to the product and to the manufacturer who holds it.
