LED or bulb type?

Bulb type on 24V. Clear glass covers two round reflector bowls, and there is nothing electronic inside to fail.

What marks it out as the right hand lamp?

It carries OE 5010231850 and the mounting frame is mirrored to the left unit. Check the number on the old frame before ordering.

Does the mounting frame come with it?

Yes. The black steel frame and its fixing tabs are supplied with the lamp, so the bumper fit is a straight bolt-on.
